Our Mission
At Boundless Discovery, we believe that fostering global stability in a time of unprecedented complexity starts with how people receive their news. Today’s media is engineered for virality and emotional manipulation, leaving critical details buried or omitted. We’re changing that by building a platform for civilian intelligence—leveraging techniques typically reserved for intelligence agencies, governments, and militaries but applying them to publicly available news reports. Our goal is to provide unbiased clarity in an increasingly fractured world.

Our Approach
At Boundless Discovery, we see the world as an interconnected web – entities, events, concepts, places, and themes are linked, forming a vast network of relationships. By extracting these individual nodes from raw news data and connecting them, we create a comprehensive map of what really happened (see an example here). This graph-based approach allows us to traverse the intricate landscape of global events, drawing insights that are often missed in traditional reporting.
Our process is powered by human expertise, augmented by cutting-edge technology. We use Palantir Technologies—trusted by the CIA, FBI, and militaries worldwide—alongside our proprietary algorithms for news ingestion and event extraction. Together, they enable our analysts to craft insightful, data-driven reports that strip away bias and deliver a clearer understanding of key events.

Today, Boundless Discovery offers a weekly geopolitical briefing, focusing on one critical global situation in each edition of our free newsletter. But this is just the beginning. In the near future, we’re expanding to an interactive platform where users can ask questions, dive deeper into the details, and explore the vast web of connections shaping our world.

Our Founders
Peter Gale is the CEO of Boundless Discovery. He has held several executive roles in data-driven companies, including Owner and Lead Analyst at BlueGaze, a consultancy specializing in commercial analytics and growth strategy, CEO of Aycoutay Technologies, a deep tech startup mapping the bioelectric properties of the human body, and Chief Commercial Officer at ReelData AI, which develops machine learning products for large-scale land-based aquaculture projects.

Peter holds an honors degree in economics (focusing in econometrics) with minors in mathematics, commerce, and environmental studies.

Will Stone is the Chief Technology Officer at Boundless Discovery. He was employee #1 at ReelData AI, where he eventually led a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in developing cutting-edge underwater computer vision technology. Prior to ReelData, Will worked in research settings, focusing on predicting drug efficacy and conducting experimental physics research on lithium-ion batteries.

Will holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Physics with a minor in Mathematics.
